I started my bodybuilding career when I was 17 years old. After my first show at the age of 18, I became nationally qualified when I won the Teen and Open Bikini divisions. I competed at the National level until earning my IFBB Bikini Pro status at Muscle Contest NPC USA Championships at the age of 20. My competitions include two NPC Regional shows, five NPC National shows, one International show and thirteen pro shows. My first season as a Professional Bikini Pro culminated with a top 5 finish at the IFBB Tahoe Show 2020. I continue to remain in the top 6 at Pro shows to pursue my dreams to the Olympia. I also competed in All-Star Competitive Cheerleading for eight years, starting at the age of 10, and then cheered for the Division 1 University of Nevada, Reno, for four years.

I have extensive experience with posing females at all levels, creating a complete individualized
routine and well executed stage presentation. I am extremely passionate about this sport therefore, one of my goals is to help other athletes achieve their fitness goals with the confidence they desire and deserve. I am a verified posing coach by Body By O as well. My involvement in bodybuilding has taught me about discipline, dedication, and drive which are a
part of my overall lifestyle. I look forward to sharing my passion and knowledge of training and goal setting with you.
